The next regular monthly meeting of The QSY Society will be held on Saturday, March 3rd, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the East Fishkill Community Library. There will be coffee, tea, and something to munch on while you wander about and chat with your fellow hams.
This meeting is traditionally Old Timers Day. If you’ve renewed your license two (2) times, then consider yourself a bonafide Old Timer. Come prepared to share your stories of operating in the pre-SMT days. Bring a piece of antique equipment for Show ‘n Tell. We will be making an attempt to put up a working HF “boatanchor” station from the days of tubes, antenna relays, pi-network antenna coupling, and light bulbs for dummy loads!
